Hispanic Contractors Association de San Antonio

HCA de SA supports and empowers SMWVDBE-owned businesses in South Texas. As a non-profit 501(c)(3), we offer educational resources, networking opportunities, and industry expertise to help members overcome barriers and seize opportunities. We also assist local governmental agencies, large contractors and general contractors with diversity outreach. Our initiatives include college scholarships for construction-related degrees and support for members and their families. At HCA, we are committed to empowering our members to reach their highest potential and significantly contribute to the region’s economic development.
