Having done more site visits than the fire marshal, Susan has worked with businesses of all types and sizes. After more than 15 years serving female entrepreneurs, Susan wields experts’ knowledge of certification, supplier diversity, and the ins and outs of countless industries.

Whether cheerleading at one her grandkid’s events, or for the success of her clients (and friends!), or serving on the board of Focusing Families, Susan’s passion for people comes through in all she does. Her deep roots in the community, rich career, and genuine desire to see others succeed make her the perfect half of the “Sulie” leadership team.

Emily is a lover of details, a good process, and has built a career organizing her way through client projects, non-profit events, and community development initiatives. She’s an expert wrangler, whether it be of her colleagues, clients, pets, or her tiny engineering toddler. She can often be found with a really hot cup of coffee making lists while listening to a podcast, hosting friends and family in her meticulously decorated home, or hiking through nature. As B2G Victory’s Project Manager, she sorts all the puzzle pieces, keeping our projects and our people on track, on time, and in harmony.

Having been in Business Development for most of her career, Dawn shifted to proposal management five years ago and it’s been love at first write! She uncovers clients win themes, drives proposal strategy, does full proposal lifecycle from writing to designing to layout.

She has won over $2.2 billion dollars for clients, maintains a 91% win rate and has submitted over 250+ proposals to US Department of Commerce, Pfizer, GlaxoSmithKline, BristolMyerSquibb, Facebook, and various state, local and municipality clients. Dawn is an account owner for B2G Victory assisting clients with scaling their business, leveraging their expertise in contracting, creating strategic business development and marketing plans and assisting businesses with growing their revenue through innovative sales funnels.

Bella maximizes her fresh perspective as a recent college graduate in her role as B2G Victory’s Marketing Coordinator. Having been a nomad all her life, moving around countries and states, Bella does not know the meaning of “settling”. She will always search out and create the best there is to offer. She edits copy lightning quick, fabricates gorgeous layouts, and has a keen eye for market trends. Her motivation to seek information and love of conducting industry research equips her team with tactical and strategic plans. She helps B2G Victory and their clients find the tools to share their stories and give voice to those who do meaningful work in the government contracting space.

Ariel is a dynamic professional coming from the nonprofit sector to continue her work as an advocate for small and diverse businesses with B2G Victory. Ariel’s passion for community outreach started as a young Girl Scout, and whether she is selling cookies or looking for new opportunities, she has never been scared to be the first to knock on a new door!  

Having a natural affinity for people, her role as the Client Service Specialist suits her personality perfectly. Her ability to quickly solve a client’s problem or find a contact to help them solve it before they even finish their sentence makes her the perfect connector! “If it takes a village to raise a child, imagine how many people it takes to build and scale a business!” 

As part of the B2G Victory team, Ariel assists with certifications, builds Victory Plans, and helps them leverage them to their fullest extent.

Hannah holds a BBA in General Business from Texas Tech University, where she graduated Magna Cum Laude. You can find her listening to the latest true crime podcast, having her nose buried in a romance book, or practicing yoga.
