JPI & B2G Victory
JPI has been working closely with B2G Victory Co-Founders (Julie Irvin Hartman, MBA, Certified Proposal Manager and Susan M. Repka) since 2018, even before the establishment of B2G Victory. Currently, B2G Victory manages the proposal submission process for JPI, with Susan working directly with Joe, W. Hart, III, PE,CFM, LEED AP to compile all necessary information from JPI and its subcontractors. JPI has worked with Hallsville ISD on previous projects. This was a must win contract for JPI as this school district plays a unique role in the JPI family, with many of the team living in the area, they have children that attend this school district. In order to ensure that the proposal could be delivered on time, the B2G Victory team met a member of the JPI team at the halfway point between Tomball and Longview.
The proposal highlighted several Hallsville past projects, including the Hallsville ISD High School Auditorium Addition, completed in Summer of 2022, and the Hallsville ISD Baseball Parking Lot Addition, completed in the Fall, of 2023. In addition to the Hallsville Projects, they showcased The “Lane” Athletic Performance Center @ Kilgore College.

About TxDOT
Hallsville Independent School District is located in the western part of Harrison County some seven miles east of Longview and 13 miles west of Marshall on U.S. Highway 80. HISD covers approximately 188 square miles and is inhabited by more than 18,000 people. Approximately 4,900 students receive educational services from 350 professional educators who work to meet the needs of each child in the district. A total of approximately 865 employees including support staff, bus drivers, food service personnel and maintenance crews work to meet this goal.
Hallsville ISD and every campus in Hallsville ISD are currently rated as Met Standard by the Texas Education Agency and continues the academic excellence that has been a hallmark of this school district for decades.
