As a certified proposal manager and recent Texas A&M EMBA graduate, Julie has used her skills to maintain an 87% win rate for her clients, resulting in $5 billion in contract awards globally.
You can find Julie passionately developing a business strategy mid-flight, brainstorming the next seminar while walking Adele, and skiing down a double black diamond every chance she gets. Focused on the greatest impact, her voracious mind is always asking why not and pushing boundaries in everything she does, which makes her a perfect part of the “Sulie” leadership team.

Having done more site visits than the fire marshal, Susan has worked with businesses of all types and sizes. After more than 15 years serving female entrepreneurs, Susan wields experts’ knowledge of certification, supplier diversity, and the ins and outs of countless industries.
Whether cheerleading at one her grandkid’s events, or for the success of her clients (and friends!), or serving on the board of Focusing Families, Susan’s passion for people comes through in all she does. In her Marketing Coordinator role, Hannah provides additional support to the B2G Victory team through project management, social media networking, and accounting. She believes in providing meaningful work to those that need it most. In doing so, clients have more confidence in themselves and in their ability to be victorious! Hannah holds a BBA in General Business from Texas Tech University, where she graduated Magna Cum Laude. You can find her listening to the latest true crime podcast, having her nose buried in a romance book, or practicing yoga.
