Since the beginning, Women’s Business Council – Southwest (WBCS) has been committed to facilitating and strengthening business opportunities between women-owned businesses, corporate America and the government.
The Women’s Business Council – Southwest (WBCS) is one of 14 regional partners of the Women’s Business Enterprise National Council (WBENC), the largest certifier of women-owned businesses (WBEs) in the U. S.
WBCS administers Women’s Business Enterprise certification through the Women’s Business Enterprise National Council (WBENC). WBCS assists corporations with procurement and supplier diversity initiatives by validating that an organization, or supplier, is owned, operated, and controlled by at least 51% women.
WBENC certification is an important marketing tool for expanding your company’s visibility.
WBENC certification is an important marketing tool for expanding a women-owned business’ visibility among decision makers in supplier diversity and procurement offices at major corporations and government entities.
Many corporations require WBENC-certification before providing access to their supplier diversity programs.
