Healthy Minds, Healthy Communities

Healthy Minds, Healthy Communities (HMHC) is a mental health initiative administered by The Harris Center for Mental Health and IDD. It is a community-initiated care model providing behavioral health related outreach to at-risk communities across Harris County, Texas.

Beginning with ten neighborhoods, HMHC provides tools and training so community members can better support each other in times of emotional need.
