OneNote with Morgan Group Session Speaker – Julie Hartman
Julie Irvin Hartman, MBA, is a Certified Proposal Manager, consultant, and presenter. Overall, Mrs. Hartman has 25+ years of government procurement experience and a win rate of 87%, resulting in $5+ Billion in contracts for her clients. She has led proposals and presentations for multimillion-dollar companies across diverse industries. She has a proven ability to execute and manage projects with multiple stakeholders on schedule and within budget. Prior to her entrepreneurial career, Julie was a Presentation Specialist for Walt Disney World and an Account Executive for Mix 96.5FM.
Julie is a frequent speaker at local, state, and national conferences. In 2017, Julie sold her marketing agency and got married. She lives in Tomball with her husband, three bonus sons, and their trampoline-jumping Old English Sheepdog. In January 2020, Julie formed B2G Victory with Susan Repka, and later that year, she graduated with her MBA from Texas A&M University.
