Houston Community College (HCC) Small Business Development Program (SBDP) will host its 2nd Annual SBE Expo.
Our theme this year is “March into Procurement Month Supporting Small Businesses”.
Small Business Enterprises (SBE’s) will man an exhibit table and speak to Houston Community College (HCC) client departments about their respective commodity/service offered.
March into Procurement Month expo attendees will consist of HCC staff involved in the procurement process.

Time: 2:00pm – 4:00pm
Location: The auditorium at the HCC Administration Building
This expo is by invitation only and closed to the public.
Exhibitor details:
- Exhibitors are encouraged to bring raffle items/door prizes.
- Electricity may be available on a first come, first served basis.
- A 6ft. table and two chairs will be provided. Exhibitors are responsible for their own linens.
- There is no charge to exhibit.
- Setup may begin at noon.
About Houston Community College System’s Small Business Development Program (SBDP)
The Houston Community College System’s Small Business Development Program (“SBDP” or the “Program”) was created to provide business opportunities for local small businesses to participate in contracting and procurement at Houston Community College (HCC). By formalizing existing practices and implementing new procedures, the SBDP allows HCC to produce more effective small business participation and create opportunities relating to HCC contracting and procurement.
It is anticipated that through the growth of the SBDP, HCC will positively contribute in capacity building, increasing competition among small businesses and creating opportunity which will ensure best value to HCC.
