Leadership Development Foundational Program Facilitators

Jason Hitchcock

Jason is an experienced business professional specializing in leadership consulting, coaching, and training. He has over eight years of executive leadership in the energy industry. Jason retired as a Navy SEAL Command Master Chief with 27 years of service and multiple combat
leadership tours. He honed his instructional and classroom leadership abilities as a Senior Instructor of SEAL Training (BUD/s), and as the Command Master Chief for all East Coast SEAL Training.

Patrick Strawbridge

Pat is a successful executive leader and operations expert. He is an ICF-trained leadership coach. He has extensive experience in aerospace management, executive leadership, adult education leadership, energy, foreign policy, and global logistics. Pat is honored to have served 30 years in the US Navy, mostly in the aviation community, pinnacling as a
Command Master Chief.

Clark D. Stuart

Clark brings motivation, team-building, leadership, strategic planning, and executive communications skills training to the classroom. A 22-year U.S. Navy SEAL officer and professional with 20+ executive engagements with our nation’s premier organizations and companies. He is committed to developing leaders in tomorrow’s fast-paced, high-stress environments. Clark is the author of two books: “Battlefield to Boardroom” and “The 100”.
