This session helps entrepreneurs take a deep dive into their current business reality. They will conduct a structured audit across technology, marketing, processes, sales, financials, and operations. The session also introduces the concept of exit strategies to plant the seed for long-term thinking.

• Begin exploring possible exit strategies (succession, sale, legacy).

HarrisHUB Grow

The Grow Class is designed for small business owners who have been operating for more than 1-5 years and are ready to scale their businesses with intentional strategies. Through this 10-session program, participants will conduct audits, strengthen their processes, and gain clarity on long-term strategies such as exit planning, scaling operations, and building a competitive advantage.

Program Learning Objectives

• Conduct a holistic business audit across core development areas.
• Define growth-oriented goals and align them with future exit or succession strategies.
• Strengthen their sales, marketing, and digital presence to increase revenue opportunities.
• Implement scalable operational systems and HR practices.
• Develop accurate pricing, costing, and financial projections for sustainability.
• Understand certifications and how they can unlock contracting opportunities.
• Build a roadmap toward business valuation and exit strategies.

About the HarrisHUB  Grow Program

The HarrisHUB Program is part of the Small Business Technical Assistance Program, designed to empower Harris County small businesses with free coaching, practical education, and grant support. This cohort is focused on helping established business scale and grow through targeted training. Learn more about the HarrisHUB Program.

• 30 hours of expert business coaching
• Focused support in marketing, operations, certifications, and growth
• Opportunity to apply for a $5,000 grant after completing all program requirements
