About Excel 101 Part A with Forty2 Property Management Speaker – Julie Hartman
Julie Irvin Hartman, MBA, CALP is an accomplished entrepreneur, consultant and presenter. She has been in the multi-family industry for twenty-one years and brings a wealth of experience from both the management company and vendor side. She is active with the Houston Apartment Association, a Leadership Lyceum graduate, and the former Chair of the Technology Committee. Before her real estate career, Julie was a Presentation Specialist for Walt Disney World and an Account Executive for Houston’s Mix 96. 5 FM, Austin’s KASE 101 FM / KVET 98. 1 FM and Dubuque’s 92. 9 KAT FM.
Julie is a frequent speaker at local, state, and national conferences. In 2017, Julie sold her marketing agency and got married. She lives in Tomball with her husband, her three bonus sons, and their trampoline-jumping Old English Sheepdog. Recently, Julie graduated with her MBA from Texas A&M University.
