An event for public procurement officials from counties, cities, higher education, special districts, etc. The 2024 conference hosted is SETAPP, the Houston area chapter of NIGP.
SETAPP will assign exhibitor booths and tables. Be sure to submit your application and payment early! The Expo is Tuesday, April 9, 2024.
The expo is 11:30–4:30, lunch with vendor presentations is 11:30 – 12:50. Vendor give-a-ways/drawings will start at 3:30.
Vendor setup begins at 9:00 am. Booth reservation deadline is March 25.
Wi-Fi is available at no extra charge. Please contact Debbie Kaminski to receive the PDF version of the application to complete.
Hotel for the conference is the Royal Sonesta Galleria. Rates are $122 + tax and reservations close on March 17th. Please use this link to book your room.
