MD Anderson Cancer Center Sugarland – Pre-Bid & HUB Outreach
JE Dunn Construction is leading the Design-Build Team for MD Anderson’s project in Sugar Land, Texas. Overall, the project comprises a new 5-story, 476,000-SF building on a 30-acre site. Moreover, the cast-in-place structure will be enclosed by curtain walls, precast architectural panels, and metal composite panels. Also, surface parking will be provided for over 1,000 cars.
Scopes for this large project will be bought as Work Packages are released. At this time, we are soliciting proposals for these Scopes of Work: Site Utilities, Structural Concrete, Site Concrete, Earthwork, Elevators, Pneumatic Tube, Fire Protection, General Works, SWPPP, Construction Trailers, Surveying, Tower Crane, Buck Hoist, Waterproofing, and Termite Control.
All interested trade partners, vendors, and suppliers are invited to attend this non-mandatory HUB Outreach Pre-bid meeting. Please join us at one of these meetings to learn more about working with JE Dunn as a trade partner and our Minority Contractor Development program.
Please note: We are hosting two outreach events. We will present the same program at both events so that interested parties will need only attend one or the other. A virtual call-in option will be available at each session.
