RHCA’s Luna Awards (Dallas/Fort Worth) celebrates the achievements of women, women-owned businesses, and advocates who promote and develop women at all levels in Architecture, Engineering, and Construction.

A/E/C Firm of the Year Award
Recognizes a woman-owned company in architecture, engineering, or construction. A company with exemplary performance, taken significant risks, demonstrated innovation and trendsetting and exhibited growth.
Service Firm of the Year Award
Recognizes a non-construction woman-owned company that provides exemplary services to architecture, engineering, or construction companies. Whether professional services, equipment, workforce, printing, specialty items, or training services.
Woman of the Year Award A/E/C
This award recognizes a woman who has been in the architecture, engineering, or construction industry for at least 5 years. A woman who plays a pivotal role within the company’s philosophy is a team player who provides support that advances the company’s success and reinforces the overall team effort. This individual takes part in the executive team.

RHCA History
The Regional Hispanic Contractors Association, formerly the Hispanic Contractors Association of DFW, was formed in 1995 to address the needs of one of the fastest-growing sectors of the construction industry. In addition to giving voice to the business and political concerns of its members, the Regional Hispanic Contractors Association serves the community through its outreach program.
The Regional Hispanic Contractors Association has streamlined and improved the bid process for its members. Hispanic Contractors Association members have successfully worked with local and state elected officials to ensure fairness in awarding bids. Additionally, the RHCA has implemented several new initiatives to offer members expanded support services and benefits.

The mission of the Regional Hispanic Contractors Association is to promote and support the advancement and economic growth of Hispanic contractors, architects, and engineers in Texas. We are committed to developing programs and facilitating the resources needed to help the diverse Architectural, Engineering, and Construction (A/E/C) Industry reach its potential.
