AT THIS MONTH’S BREAKFAST!

We have a great program lined up for this Pride Month Special Edition – 3rd Thursday Breakfast!

Special Guest
Richard Hyde
His Majesty’s Consul General in Houston

We will honor Consul General Richard Hyde for his longtime support of the Greater Houston LGBTQ+ Chamber of Commerce. He will be leaving Houston for his new post in July as Consul General Chicago. As Consul General, he will lead the UK’s engagement across the 14 states of Colorado, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Nebraska, North Dakota, Ohio, South Dakota and Wisconsin.

Consul General Hyde has been a champion for the work and mission of the Chamber. Under his leadership, the Chamber signed a groundbreaking Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the British Consulate General in Houston in 2020. In 2022, the Chamber and the Consulate partnered on a historic trade mission, the first UK LGBTQ+ Trade Mission to Texas, engaging a group of tech-focused businesses owned by LGBTQ+ entrepreneurs.

Join us to celebrate Consul General Hyde and thank him for his support and for being a tremendous ally as he moves to his new post.
