B/ERG Leadership Roundtable

Specifically, the Chamber invites leaders of LGBTQ+ & Ally ERGs, BRGs, or Affinity groups to the March LGBTQ+ B/ERG Leadership Roundtable. As part of the Chamber’s LGBTQ+ Workplace Alliance program, these Roundtables are a new opportunity to Connect, Network, Share, and learn—all important Spheres of Impact for our program.
This month, Chamber Impact Partner Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE) will host the event and share an overview of some of the best practices and success stories of their HPE Pride ERG. HPE will graciously provide lunch for in-person attendees at their WW Corporate Headquarters in Spring, TX. Respond promptly with your RSVP, as space is limited. However, virtual participation is also available.
Who should attend?
This event is limited to officers or leadership roles within a company’s LGBTQ+ & Ally Employee Resource Group, Business Resource Group (BRG), or Affinity group if that company is a current Impact Partner with the Greater Houston LGBTQ+ Chamber of Commerce. As part of the Chamber’s LGBTQ+ Workplace Alliance program, this event specifically tailors to leaders supporting internal LGBTQ+ and ally initiatives, along with their executive sponsors and supporting staff leading B/ERG work at active Impact Partner companies.
