Scope of Work
Facilities Management for Villa Duchesne. Services include the following
Custodial Services
- Floors and base moldings
- All vertical and horizontal surfaces are clean.
- Lights all work and fixtures are clean.
- Washrooms and shower fixtures.
- Trash containers and pencil sharpeners.
- Picture frames are dusted.
- Rooms are reset with desks, chairs, tables, pillows, sofas, and blinds set to standard from each room across campus.
Grounds Management
- Turf Care
- Litter control
- Pruning, planting, fertilizing and irrigation
- Disease and insect control
- Surface cleaning
- Repairs and Inspections
- Snow removal
Plant Operations and Maintenance
- Maintenance activities appear organized with direction.
- Equipment and building components are functional and operating condition.
- Service and maintenance calls are responded to in a timely manner.
