Scope of Work
Facilities Services for 111 buildings and structures. Services include the following:On-Site Management and Coordination
- On-call facilities maintenance 24 hours / 365 days a year, interior and exterior of buildings, grounds, roadways, sidewalks, parking lots, signage. All building equipment, including boilers, chilled water loops, emergency generators, door hardware, and elevator maintenance
- Custodial Service
- Provide janitorial services to all buildings, including dorms
- Carpet Cleaning and Floor Care
- Window Cleaning
- Rubbish removal
- Support existing student-run recycling program
- Grounds Service
- Landscaping
- Tree Trimming
- Pesticide application
- Irrigation maintenance and installation
- Power wash exterior of buildings, sidewalks, entrance to buildings, and exterior walls
- Planting
- Mowing and trimming
