Join JE Dunn Construction for a HUB Outreach Pre-Bid Meeting to learn about trade partner opportunities for MD Anderson’s new 5-story, 472,000 SF facility in Sugar Land, Texas. This non-mandatory session will provide insights on working with JE Dunn, details on the Minority Contractor Development program, and information on upcoming bid packages. Connect with our team, explore potential opportunities, and network with industry professionals. Refreshments will be provided.
Scopes for this large project will be bought as Work Packages are released. At this time, we are soliciting proposals for the Scopes of Work below:
- Masonry
- Structural and Misc Steel (Turnkey)
- Air Barriers, Flashings, Joint Sealants, Thermal Insulation, Expansion Joints
- Sprayed on Insulation
- Sprayed on Fireproofing
- Metal Wall Panels
- Metal Roof Panels
- Membrane Roofing
- Doors, Frames, and Hardware (Furnish, Shell Only)
- Exterior Overhead Doors and Frames
- Plaster/Applied Finishes
- Drywall Framing CFMF (Shell Only)
- Window Washing Tiebacks
- Dock Levelers
