HarrisHUB Grow
The Grow Class is designed for small business owners who have been operating for more than 1-5 years and are ready to scale their businesses with intentional strategies. Through this 10-session program, participants will conduct audits, strengthen their processes, and gain clarity on long-term strategies such as exit planning, scaling operations, and building a competitive advantage.
Program Learning Objectives
- Conduct a holistic business audit across core development areas.
- Define growth-oriented goals and align them with future exit or succession strategies.
- Strengthen their sales, marketing, and digital presence to increase revenue opportunities.
- Implement scalable operational systems and HR practices.
- Develop accurate pricing, costing, and financial projections for sustainability.
- Understand certifications and how they can unlock contracting opportunities.
- Build a roadmap toward business valuation and exit strategies.
About the HarrisHUB Grow Program
The HarrisHUB Program is part of the Small Business Technical Assistance Program, designed to empower Harris County small businesses with free coaching, practical education, and grant support.
